Weather & Conditions:
Tours go out rain or shine.  Tide pools can only
be seen during low tide and not on rainy days. 
If rain or high tide occurs, the tour will visit
a Nature Preserve instead of the tide pools. 
The preserve is a beautiful, breathtaking 
reserve and habitat to a variety of bird species.  

Tide Pools can be slippery which can result in falling
and OC Wildlife & Beach Tour Inc. will not be held
responsible.  Each person voluntarily assumes this risk
when taking this tour.  Tide Pools are also Marine Life Protected.
Please do not remove animals, rocks or shells and do not touch
them as this is their natural habitat.  

Please help keep our oceans and waterways clean by
not polluting.  We want the sea life, birds and animals to be
around for our kids and grandkids for years to come.
  
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid full fare assessment, a 48 hour
advance notice is required on the Wildlife & Beach Tours. 
On the Artists Tours, a 72 hour advance notice is required. 
 Parties of 10 or more, there is a 30 day cancellation policy.  If tour is not full, operator reserves the right to reschedule
or provide a refund.

Arrive 10 minutes prior to
departure for check in. 
Tour bus does not wait.
